Our walk started off fine enough, the boys were fascinated by the numerous kite-surfers who had turned up to take advantage of the waves. Soon however, the boys were too cold or too tired – parents around the globe know how the heart sinks when those dreaded words are uttered from their offsprings mouths. In our youngest’s defence, he did have a wind chill spreading across his face, so having only made it half way, we about-faced and headed back to the car, without our fish and chips 😦
Between the seafront and the car park, there is a small path that took us away from the main road and weaved through the reeds, providing us with shelter from the bitter wind.
In the next few weeks, as well as posting more personal projects such as landscape images, I will also be posting a couple of wedding blogs, discussing how to choose a wedding photographer and what to look for. I will also be addressing the issue of budget and why good wedding photography costs money. This is a subject I am often asked about (why does everything cost more once you mention the word ‘weddings’?) and I am going to attempt to shed some light on this controversial area.
